Cancellation Policy
Deposits are required for online booking and are non-refundable. Cancelations within 24 hours of the scheduled service will be subject to a 25% cancelation charge in addition to the deposit. NO CALL NO SHOW NOTICE: all appointments that are no call no show will be charved accordingly. My time is valuable. No call no show appointments will be charged 50% of service fee in addition to the non-redundable deposit. If your appointment needs rescheduled, please reach out to me via email (wickedwinks.lashlounge@gmail.com), text, or Facebook messenger.
LATE POLICY:
A 5 minute grace period is given free of charge. If you are 6-10 minutes late, expect a $10 charge. 11-15 minutes late will result in a $15 charge. If you are over 15 minutes late and I am able to still fit you in, expect a $35 fee charged to the service.
