Cancellation Policy
Deposits are required for online booking and are non-refundable. Cancelations within 24 hours of the scheduled service will be subject to a 50% cancelation charge. NO CALL NO SHOW NOTICE: all appointments that are no call no show will be charged accordingly. My time is valuable. No call no show appointments will be charged 100% of service fee in addition to possible termination as s client. If your appointment needs rescheduled, please reach out to me via email (wickedwinks.lashlounge@gmail.com), text, or Facebook messenger.
LATE POLICY:
A 5 minute grace period is given free of charge. If you are 6-10 minutes late, expect a $10 charge. 11-15 minutes late will result in a $15 charge. Past 15 minutes is considered a no show and your appointment will be canceled.
